Double room – £60
Super King room – £60
Twin room – £60

The prices are per night, based on 2 people sharing, inclusive of breakfast and hot beverages.

Single occupancy is £45 per night.

Payment:

We regret that we cannot accept credit cards and ask that payment is by cheque or cash.

Please make cheques payable to ‘Merman Barn B&B’.

Arrival and Departure

Arrival time can be negotiated when you make your booking. We would prefer that this be from 16.00 hours although we can be flexible to suit your needs. On the morning of your departure please would you vacate your room by 10.30 hours.

If you need to leave early in the morning, we would be happy to provide an early morning call.  Alternatively, the instruction booklet for the alarm clock is in the bedside cabinet/drawers.

Terms and Conditions

Booking and Cancellation

When you have booked your room, we have entered into a legal contract.  We require a deposit of 20% of the total booking fee which is non-refundable unless we are able to re-book the room. (Payment of the deposit is by cheque made payable to ‘Merman Barn B&B’).

Payment of the balance is due on departure by cheque or cash – we regret that we are unable to accept credit or debit cards at present.

Damages and Breakages

You will be held responsible and liable for any breakages or damages you may cause to the accommodation or its contents. Please report these immediately if they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we may send you an invoice for repair or making good if the damage or breakage is significant.

Liability

We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves.
